1)    For Dark spots :-

Smash boiled potatoes   and add a lime juice of cucumber and lime juice and make a paste. Wash after one hour this treatment must be repeated daily and regularly. The results will be seen in few days and your face will be glowing and shining.

2)    Wrinkles :-


For glowing and charming skins take a piece of papaya and smash it in to a paste and apply on your face  keep for 10-20 min. and wash the face with cold water . after few days you will see the wrinkle and dark spots are disappeared.

BASIC TIPS FOR CLEAN AND HEALTHY SKIN :-

Wash your face with lukewarm water and soap that you prefer for at least 4-5 times a day that will keep your skin clean and healthy and it will continuously remove dirt particles and black heads or white heads from your skin and keep your skin breath throughout the day .

After each wash nourish your skin with a moisturizer .At night use night cream and massage gently through your face and hands and see the glowing and shining skin the next day .

SKIN CARE :-

1).Wash your face regularly with lemon scrub and massage for about 15 minutes, then wash the face with luke warm water . Face will be oil free.

2).Use vitamin moisture everyday after bath .Your face will remain healthy and fresh throughout the day.

3)1 tsp of suji + fresh milk till suji is mixed in it .Mix it well and massage with this mixture for about 15 minutes. It is a best home made scrub .

4) Fresh milk +2-3 drops of lemon juice . Apply on your face , hands and neck everyday it will clean your skin and can be used as a good cleanser .

5)To vanish your dark complexion and sun burns take 1 spoon of vinegar + white part of egg + banana as per the quantity add them up and make a thick paste and apply it on your face as a face pack properly , keep it for 15 minutes and wash with lukewarm water and see the effect . Apply it twice a week for better results  .

6) Pimple curing treatment :-

So now say buy to your pimples by following easy tips. Take 100 gms  powder of orange add 100 gm of Bajra flour and 12 gms of turmeric powder add them up properly and apply the paste on your face for 15 minutes and wash with cold water .Apply it twice a week  and see your face glowing and shining anti pimple free too .

7) ½ tsp of gram flour+1 sp mustard seeds + milk make a paste in a mixer grinder  and apply on your face for 15-20 minutes and wash with cold water .

8).Mix honey in grape juice and apply on face , hands , neck  for 20 minutes and then wash with cold water and see the difference .

9).Mix beet root juice +tomato juice + pinch of turmeric powder and apply on the face it cures dark spots that appears on the face .

10). 1sp wheat flour+1 sp curd + 1 sp honey mix it well  and then apply on face for 15 – 20 minutes and then wash the face with luke warm water . This mixture can be used as anti-wrinkle mask .

Warm almond oil and massage your hair from the roots in a circular motion for about half an hour . Then tie your hairs with a towel dipped in a warm water for 15 min and then apply a hair pack example Amala, ritha and shikekai powder mix with curd and a teaspoon of mehendi for conditioning , your hairs for about 15-min and wash your hairs. You will get shiny and silky hairs. These procedure must be done at least twice a week for better results.

1)    Boil amla , ritha shikekai in same preprotion in water and wash your hairs  with this water by adding a small quantity of camphor.

2)     One packet mehendi powder + one spoon tea powder + one spoon katha powder. Mix well and keep for one hour and apply on hair and wash after three hours. Hair will have golden color.

3)    Massage your hair with oil before washing your hairs.

4)    For dry hair mix egg yolk with oil and then use for massage .
