1).For glowing skin use 1 proportion of coconut water and 1 proportion of thick paste of pineapple juice and apply on face . Wash with water after 10-15 minutes .

2).Take mustared seeds and masur dal in same proportions .soak both of then overnight .in the morning mixfew rose petals and grind it into a fine paste . Apply this paste for 20 minutes and wash it up with cold water, your face will glow .

3)Honey is useful as medicine for our skin using chemical products from markets may harm our skin. So using honey as a face pack may also give glow and charm to your skin.

4)One spoon multani matti , rosewater, honey and orange juice . Make a paste and apply on face before sleeping and wash after 15-20 minutes with cold water. It will make your skin look younger .

5)Mix one spoon of honey with one egg yolk and appl on the face keep it for 20 min. and wash it with cold water .

6). Mix ripe banana with wheat flour and a spoonful of honey and apply on the face . wash after 20 minutes and see the difference .

7) . Lime is very useful for our skin  so use it in different face packs for our skin for best results.

Mix beetroot juice+ tomato juice+ pinch of turmeric ,apply this paste on your body keep for 20 min.

After some times you will see all the dark sports have disappeared .

9) Mix milk cream+lime juice and make a paste of it and apply it on the face for 10 minutes and wash it with warm water and see the difference .

10).Mix half bowl of gramflour +one sp. Mustared seedsgrind it with milk and apply this pack for 15-20 minutes and wash with cold water .

11). To remove dark circles present around the eye use 50 gm of tulsi +50 gm of pudina and 50 gms of neem leaves  . make a paste mix it with rose water and apply on the dark circles around the eyes and see the difference.

12).Take small quantity of milk put a pinch of salt in it and apply it around the eyes .The dark circles will disappears in few days .

13)Rub  a juice of karela on the face to remove black heads white heads and pimples from our face .

14).Take some milk add apinch of turmeric and 2-3 leaves of tulsi and make a paste . Apply this paste on our hands at night and wash it in the morning , See the difference in seven days .

15). For youngry soft face mix some yougart and yeast apply , than rinse with cold water.

17). Scaly skin is a result of fluorine deficiency. Fluorine is the anti-resistant element of the human body,  absence of which creates problems in the blood and spleen.  cooking and heating foods destroys fluorine, it is better to eat raw fruits and vegetables. Other foods rich in fluorine are goat milk and cheese, rye flour, avocados, sea plants and cabbage, cream whey and cottage cheese must be eaten daily .

25) . Mix sandalwood powder with rose water and add 4 to 5 drops of milk in it and apply on to your face and body. Wash after 15 minutes with lukewarm water and see the difference .
